Non-Cancellation or Modification
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We initiate the packing process promptly to ensure timely dispatch.
Processing Time
Orders are sent to our warehouse for packing at 8:00 AM on the next working day after order placement.
Order Modifications
If you wish to modify your order (such as quantity changes or equivalent value adjustments), you must inform us before 8:00 AM (cutoff time).
No refunds will be issued for modifications
The revised order value must be equal to or higher than the original order value
Delivery Timeframe
Domestic: 2 – 14 days (depending on proximity to Assam)
International: 2 – 4 weeks
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before confirming, including:
Product specifications
Quantity
Shipping address
Contact details
Returns
Damaged Packaging at Delivery
If the package appears damaged or tampered with:
Refuse delivery
Return it to the delivery agent immediately
Contact us with supporting images
Wrong / Damaged / Defective Products
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item:
Notify us within 7 days of delivery
Provide a complete unpacking video (from opening the package to clearly showing the issue)
We will:
Investigate within 5 working days
Issue a refund to the original payment method if the claim is valid
Important: A complete unpacking video is mandatory. Claims without it will not be accepted.
Non-Eligible Return Cases
Refunds will not be granted if:
The item shows signs of use
The product is not in original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)
The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
You will receive an email confirmation
Refund approval or rejection will be communicated
Return-to-Origin (RTO) Cases
If an order is returned due to any of the following:
Incorrect address
Incorrect phone number
Customer unavailable or unreachable
Refusal to accept delivery
OTP-based cancellation
Calls/IVR not answered
Then:
Two-way shipping charges will be deducted
(If shipping was free, actual shipping cost will be applied)
Order will be reshipped only after payment of charges
No refund will be issued in such cases
